- Mussels - in our famous sundried tomato, ginger soy cream sauce.
- Scallops - pan seared served with a sweet pea puree’ and pancetta crisps.
- Stuffed Portobello Mushroom - loaded with grilled seasonal vegetables topped with cream cheese and parmesan baked to perfection (vegetarian)
Second Course - THE FLIRT
- Spinach Salad - Sweet bell peppers , red onions, feta cheese, almonds & pumpkin seeds with vinaigrette.
- Caesar Salad - Crisp romaine tossed in our traditional dressing.
- Caprese Salad - Fresh seasonal tomatoes, Italian cheese & fresh basil served with balsamic reduction.
Main Course THE ENCOUNTER
- Blackened Wild Salmon - Topped with housemade citrus salsa, basmati rice served with seasonal vegetables.
- Osso Bucco- Slow cooked lamb shank in a rich tomato wine sauce served with smoked cheddar polenta and seasonal vegetables.
- Baby Back Ribs - fall off the bone tender ribs with Chef Bryan’s Root Beer BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
- Italian Flag Cannelloni - Spinach and ricotta cheese stuffed cannelloni with a trio of sauce pesto, marinara and alfredo (green, red and white) (vegetarian)
